Pick It Standings Week 14: Getting Back On The Treadmill Track

We’re coming into the last week of the Pick It and Stick It and we have some movement in the standings.  We also have some major movement in the BCS Standings.  Any kind of movement is great after the weekend that was in Thanksgiving Day turkey massacres. So I’m heading back to the gym and getting ready for conference championship weekend.  I also have a play at the Pick It and Stick It Championship so there will be some mental squats done to build up my Pick It muscle.  Let’s take a look at the long weekend that was first.

7 forget to make the picks 1854 0 107-217
Yup, I’m Snyder In Syder and I won the week last week to move into second place.  I’m not sure if I can make up 56 points in one weekend, but anything can happen during college football.  I was the only one that had Auburn in the Iron Bowl, that helped.  If I went with Missouri instead of Kansas in the Border War, the gap between me and Huskers all the way would be smaller as well.  Oh well, a miracle is needed for someone to come up and challenge Huskers all the way.  We’ll have to wait until this weekend to bear witness.

Next up is the next to last BCS Standings.  Boise State fell hard after the upset from Nevada Friday night.  TCU won their game and stands as the first undefeated school for the year.  Will this non-AQ team make it to the BCS Championship?  It will take an Auburn or Oregon loss for that to happen, maybe more.  Big 12 wise, we got a log jam in the middle of the pack with Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, and Missouri all stuck together.  Oklahoma broke free after their win in Bedlam and will face Nebraska in the Big 12 Championship game.  It’s the last week of the regular season of college football, let’s make it a great pick set week!
